Terms of use
PAUSE is a self-regulation and decision-support tool. It is not therapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis care or an emergency service.
Safety
Do not use PAUSE while driving or when interacting with the app would create danger. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or a qualified professional.
Use of the app
You may use PAUSE for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access other people’s data, or abuse the waitlist or purchase systems.
PAUSE Free and PAUSE Pro
The 90-second Standard reset and the Free features described in the app remain available without purchase. Pro features require an active subscription or lifetime purchase. The app shows localized pricing and any eligible trial directly from Apple before purchase.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple handles billing, refunds and subscription management. Restoring an eligible purchase does not delete local PAUSE data.
Availability and changes
The app may change as safety, platform or product requirements evolve. Reasonable care is taken to keep the core reset available offline, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
